<p>La durée de vie de l’homme semble s’allonger alors qu’au rythme de l’éclatement des pollutions industrielles il ne s’agirait pourtant que d’une durée de survie. </p>
<p>Aujourd’hui, nous rejetons 25 milliards de tonnes de CO2 là où 10 milliards ne permettraient que de stabiliser cette expansion. L’homme avance, le CO2 aussi et si rien n’est fait, ce dernier doublera d’ici à la fin du siècle, perdurant pendant près de 75 ans dans l’atmosphère. </p>
<p>La Chine, partie pour parcourir en 50 ans le chemin effectué par l’occident en 150 ans ne saurait rester sourde ni aveugle. Selon l’Agence Internationale de l’Énergie, elle ne peut achever ainsi sa croissance sans dérégler le climat météorologique mondial… </p>
<p>Le protocole de Kyoto n’impose toujours pas de règlementation spécifique pour les pays en voie de développement.<br />
