<p>Life expectancy is increasing; however growing industrial pollution is threatening to undermine this trend.</p>
<p>Today, we emit 25 billion tons of CO2, when 10 billions would only just stabilise emission rate. Man advances, so does CO2 ! If nothing is done, this figure will have doubled by the end of the century, and remain for approximately 75 years in the atmosphere.</p>
<p>While it took the Western world 150 years to embrace modernisation, the industrialisation of China is being accomplished in 50 years and we can no longer turn a blind eye. According to The International Agency of Energy, China cannot achieve its growth without disturbing the world global climate.</p>
<p>The Kyoto Protocol omits to impose specific laws on developing countries. <br />
